1. Cutting

Standard tolerances :

± 0,1 mm;  special tolerances down to ± 0,05mm.
All lengths from 2 mm.
Wide production capacity : more than 150 million parts per year.
All the parts are deburred.

Options:
Inner and/or outer chamfering;

Cut-to-length by electroerosion (wire) for burr free tubes.

2. Forming (bending, other operations)

Bending :

With numerical command machines, TUBEXACT can realize bending operations on tubes with outside diameter from 3 mm to 25 mm.
Owing to technical skills and know-how, TUBEXACT can produce tubes in small and medium quantities.
